What questions do you have ?

  • How to clean a grease trap?
  • For restaurants, what does the law say in terms of wastewater treatment before discharge?
  • Is a grease trap enough to stop greasy effluent?

Wastewater cannot be returned to the natural environment without prior treatment. Restaurants are particularly affected by this wastewater problem, especially by greasy deposits. Indeed, sanitary regulations prohibit the discharge of products likely to cause a problem for the collective sewerage system.

Kitchen wastewater is particularly loaded with grease which, as it cools, solidifies and settles in the pipes, at the risk of blocking them.

When the grease trap has not been properly maintained in the past, our technicians intervene to quickly unblock any blocked pipes, using state-of-the-art equipment and in particular professional cameras to analyse the pipes.
